EFLA & LSA To Host Liberia's 2022 Independence Day Celebration in Stockholm, Sweden
The European Federation of Liberian Associations in collaboration with the Liberian Swedish Association, LSA will host a joint Liberian Independence Day celebration in Stockholm, Sweden. The celebration is planned to be a three-day festivity, scheduled to take place on the following dates: Friday, July 29, Saturday, 30, and Sunday, July 31, 2022.
This joint Liberian Independence Day celebration is geared toward bringing Liberians from across Europe to Stockholm, Sweden to network and enjoy great entertainment from the host organization, LSA.

According to plans, some high government officials of Liberia are expected to attend and grace the occasion. Liberia's Vice President, Chief Dr. Jewel Howard-Taylor, and the Finance Ministry of Liberia, Mr. Samuel Tweah will be attending to deliver keynote speeches on important issues concerning Liberia and Liberians both at home and abroad. Both officials are also expected to interact with Liberians on a friendly level, to address issues concerning Liberians in Europe.

The itinerary for this upcoming event is as follows:
FRIDAY, July 29th, 2022:
Football Match - 4 p.m. – 6 p.m: Liberia European Base All-Stars vs. Sierra Leone European Base All-Stars
EFLA's Annual General Assembly (AGA) - 8 p.m.- 10.00 p.m, to be followed by a Meet & Greet event, immediately after the AGA.
SATURDAY - July 30th, 2022
Official 175th Independence Day Indoor commemoration - 8.00 p.m.-9.30 p.m. This section will include the Panel Discussion address on SGBV and the keynote address ( H. E. Chief Dr. Jewel Howard Taylor & Hon. Samuel D. Tweah, Jr.)
EFLA Initiatives Partnership Drive - 9.30 p.m.-10.30 p.m.
Independence Day Ball with Liberian musical and cultural artists from across Europe - 10.30 p.m. – 02.00 a.m.
SUNDAY, July 31st, 2022
Grill and Barbeque to CLIMAX the festivities - 2022 - 2.00 p.m. – 7 p.m
The leadership of both organizations, EFLA and LSA encourage Liberians across Europe and elsewhere to attend this upcoming event in Stockholm, Sweden to celebrate MAMA Liberia in grand style!
